LifeOS
Terms of Service
Last updated May 7, 2026
The service
LifeOS is a personal productivity tool that synthesizes a daily editorial brief from your own Gmail and Google Calendar, stages reply drafts in your own Gmail Drafts folder, and delivers a link to the brief by SMS. It is operated by Build Something Product Group (Build Something LLC, Alamo, California).
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and the rightful owner of the Google account and phone number you connect. By configuring the service you confirm that you are the authorized user for those accounts.
Acceptable use
You agree to use LifeOS only with your own data. You will not use the service to access another person's mailbox or to send unsolicited communications. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the service.
SMS terms
By configuring your phone number you consent to receive up to one SMS per day from LifeOS containing a private link to your daily brief. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance, or START to resume after opting out. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency may vary if the daily pipeline does not run on a given day.
Third party services
LifeOS depends on Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Twilio, and Vercel to operate. Your use of LifeOS is also subject to the terms of those providers. LifeOS is not affiliated with Google, Anthropic, Twilio, or any other named provider.
No warranty
LifeOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the brief content will be accurate, complete, or error free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. The brief is editorial guidance, not advice; you remain responsible for decisions you take.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSPG's total liability arising out of or related to LifeOS will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). BSPG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using LifeOS at any time by revoking Google access in your Google account, replying STOP to the SMS short code, or requesting account deletion. BSPG may suspend or terminate the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
